Survivors & Thrivers: You Have The Right To Assert Yourself

If there is one thing that will piss a narc off and have them flee in terror at the same time…is a person who is brave and assertive.

Narcissistic people are COWARDS.

They yell, scream, and throw their kidult temper tantrums because that is their unevolved way of defending themselves.

Narcissists get flying monkeys and enablers to fight by their side as well because we all know that cowards CAN NOT STAND ALONE.

YOU…MUST…LEARN…TO…BE…ASSERTIVE.

Simply saying “NO,” is one step in helping you to become more assertive.

But even better, learning that you have the right to be HUMAN is powerful.

Being assertive doesn’t necessarily mean you go out there looking for fights or confrontation.

What it means is that when chaos comes knocking on your door, you have no problem shutting the door in their face.

Learn to be assertive because it will make your healing process so much easier.

I call myself the Rational Humorist. Narcs to me are cancer to humanity. The only way to beat cancer is to fight back against it.

The best way to defeat a narc is to see them as the jokes they are.
