Yes, it is not easy, but try shifting your focus to things that brings that make you happy and bring you joy

2 – Ignore Them

There is SO MUCH POWER in ignoring and blocking out all that they say about you.

The smear campaign may never stop, but that doesn’t mean you must stop trying to live your best life because of them.

Ignore the smear campaign, the flying monkeys, and the narcissists and YOU WIN!

3 – Give It Time

Healing is not going to happen overnight! It will take time!

Be patient with yourself and be forgiving to yourself…YOU/WE ARE ONLY HUMAN!

Don’t compare the life that they are giving to the new supply to you!

There is someone out there who will give you the SAME LOVE that you give to them!

5 – Stay Calm

It is okay to NOT have everything figured out about life. We are only human.

Stop trying to live your life based on the approval of others and start living it on how you want to live it.
