There is such a healing power in journaling, writing, and letting out the pain you have been holding on inside for so long.
Narcissistic people have an uncanny ability to make us think that we are the ones to blame for the nightmare relationship we experienced with them.
Blame-shifting is a skill that they have mastered and honed to such a wild degree.
And I do believe their blameshifting is only so strong because we do not put ourselves first.
We believe that caring for others and trying to be “understanding” that we are good, honorable, and nice people.
But, this serves only narcissists and negative people in life. They search for and seek out people who will try and save them from the nightmare that is them.
The pain you have gone through, believe me, others do as well.
And many would need to hear what you went through to feel not so alone.
To know that what they went through WAS NOT THEIR FAULT.
Journaling about what you put up with and how you grew the confidence to escape will inspire others to do the same as well.

I know looking back on what has happened can be painful. There was a time in my life where all I wanted was REVENGE.
Oh! Revenge would have felt so sweet!
The negative thoughts would creep in as soon as I woke up and linger throughout the day.
It was hell to live through.
Although not always the easiest thing to do, reflection is easily one of the most beneficial ways to thoroughly look at ourselves.
We can look back at what we did wrong. We can figure out why we ignored so many red flags.
And we can come to a level of what we will no longer allow to happen in our lives.
Bad times happen to us all, but how we heal is determined by what we take from the experience.
If we choose to hate and mope around, we allow what the narc did to us to deteriorate us from within.
Thus still doing their job for them, LONG AFTER THEY HAVE GONE.
If we step back and look at our time with them as a lesson, we become smarter, wiser, and more aware.
Journaling is such a great way to heal because it allows us to each ourselves and gives us some form of therapy.

I believe that we should see ourselves as superheroes, in the sense that superheroes most often become heroes because of tragedy.
Something terrible happened to them, and they vowed not to let that happen to someone else.
Batman, my favorite superhero of all time, lost his parents as a kid in front of his eyes, and he vowed to make his city better.
And as out of the topic as this may sound, there is some weight to it.
That what was meant to destroy us, strengthen us.
That which was made to devalue us, empowered us.
And that which was made to make us hate ourselves, made us love ourselves.
I write because it gives me the space to let out all that hatred I may have inside and help others see what the person in their life is doing, thus giving them the chance to leave the narcissist much earlier than later.
You may think you are alone, but I promise you, there are many more of us/you out there.
And your voice, your story, your journey of what you been through can be a GODSEND for someone else.
You can earn money from your blog, which you can use to escape and leave your town, city, state, or state.
COMPLETELY and UTTERLY ghosting the narc once and for all!
That…will crush the narcissist on a massive level.
