The mass school shootings that go on in America are well known around the world. America has a very aggressive image around the world.

Thank you, 1984 media outlets.

What is not know is how many knife school murders happen in places like China!

Please stick with me here so that I can explain what not having someone in your life does to a person’s mind and why some people hurt those who try and love them!

We know that teens who go out there and commit school shootings felt like they were outcasts; they thought they were not good enough.

They may have been teased, mocked, and made to feel like they are weird.

As social animals, many of us, not all, have a desperate desire and need to connect with others.

And for teens, this is so much more amplified in these years.

It is not right what they do — and this is more the reason that prevention and reaching out to kids who feel bullied and hopeless about life is such an important factor and should be implemented in the school curriculum (learning how to deal with people and having more teachers and counselors reaching out to teens).

Now, I mentioned China and the school knife murders that happen.

This is vastly unknown to many Western audiences. But school knife murders are rampant in China.

And not by kids or teens who commit these murders — but by grown men (spoiled kidults) who feel like they lost out in life!

These are men who have never had kids and never married. They never had love or feel they will never get love.

So to make things fair in their warped minds, what do they do.

They go to children’s schools, and when I say children’s school, they go to pre-k and kindergarten schools and murder small kids.

In their minds, “I never had this, and I don’t want others to have it as well.”

We grossly underestimate the power of loneliness and what it can do to a mind.

When people like this does get into a relationship, it is the fear of losing that person, of having them walk out on them, that drives them to be so aggressive.

In their minds, they are anticipating our departure out of their life. It is an ever consuming thought that lingers in their mind.

And because of this, they think that if they hurt us BEFORE we leave them, they can somehow keep them in our minds.

Because pain is a memory that is very hard to forget.

And for people who are scared to be alone, to be forgotten; if they can hurt us and make us hate them, we may no longer keep them in our hearts, but we will still have them in our minds.

The world…is full of so many crazy people!

Struggling With C-PTSD?

I often say that living with a narcissist is like living in a war zone! This comparison may very well seem hyperbolic, but research has shown that living around narcissists can have the same effects on a person’s mind as people living in a war zone!

I wrote an article describing the “10+ Mental Illnesses Caused By Staying With Narcissists“.

These people are monsters, plain and simple.

If you are struggling with emotional flashbacks, dealing with mental and emotional battles that NO ONE but yourself seems to see and feel, and if you find it hard to get out of bed every day, you may be dealing with C-PTSD.

As great as support groups may be, or as profound as articles can be, they are no substitute for professional help.

Sometimes the best way to heal and move forward is with therapy.

Speaking with someone and getting the hurt off your chest is a great way to unload.
