This is SO IMPORTANT and it goes very well with way #4 (Give Yourself Permission To Make Mistakes). Remembering your past helps you to not make hasty actions in the present.
Learn to see each new moment in time (the present) as a learning opportunity. By doing this you not only help to fortified your boundaries…but also to improve upon them.
