Hey! Short and simple.

TAKE A COMPLIMENT!

Stop devaluing yourself.

If you rock that curly hairdo well…ROCK IT LIKE YOU OWN IT.

If you sport that jacket like a boss…SPORT IT LIKE A BOSS.

And if people compliment you…TAKE THE COMPLIMENT.

Take the damn compliment…you took the verbal abuse for so long.

Now, take the compliments.

8 – Be Thankful For What You Have

In my article titled “100 Ways To Let Go and Move On” one of the ways I offered was to do something called negative visualization.

Think about how much worst things could have been. Think of these people taking SO MUCH FROM YOU.

In doing this, you now can appreciate how much you really have in your life.
