3 – Avoid Negative People (AVOID FLYING MONKEYS LIKE THE PLAGUE)

How To Boost Your Confidence And Self-Esteem

Oh! Dear eternity. I cannot say how much I have a strong disdain for “flying monkeys“.

Fools, truly of the highest caliber.

These people WILL go the extra mile to destroy their lives. And the funny thing is that they will get NOTHING for doing so.

Narcissists will throw these people under the bus when they do something extreme.

I know…I have seen how narcissists turn on their own in a heartbeat.

And this is why I say these FOOLS are “FOOLS OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER“.

Listen, just because you have left the narc or they got rid of you, doesn’t mean that they aren’t thinking about you. And they will send their flying monkeys to spy on you.

CUT ALL TIES WITH THE NARCISSIST, and this means, do not engage with anyone who is close to the narc as they are just there to spy on you.

These people, flying monkeys, and narcissist, have NO LIVES.

Avoid THEM ALL as if they have the plague.

4 – Become Mindful (Stop our Negative Thoughts In Their Track)

I know…I know.

“This is easier said than done.”

Hear me out for a second.

This is a skill that you will have to develop in order to work.

Think about how you learn to ride a bike or drive a car.

It wasn’t something that happened overnight.

You had to PRACTICE.

And with this so too will you have to practice.

What I personally did to help place myself in a more mindful state was to keep a rubber band around my wrist. Any time I thought negatively and caught myself (which WASN’T always immediately) I would snap the rubber band on my wrist.

Learning to manage your feelings and thoughts is so important in boosting your self-esteem.
