Why Do Narcissists Act The Nicest To You After The Discard

Why Do Narcissists Act The Nicest To You After The Discard

Why Do Narcissists Act The Nicest To You After The Discard?

One of the reasons the narcissist, who has discarded you, is being nice is because they want to make you think that they are still good.

They are looking to try and plant that seed of doubt in you that, maybe, “they really aren’t that bad.”

I swear to heaven these people are some of the most irrationally nefarious fools you will come across.

In their mind, they see us like toys, a mouse, and they are a cat…playing with their toy.

Why Do Narcissists Act The Nicest To You After The Discard?

They want to be able to call you when they need something.

So what they will do is play nice, but all the while, they are just keeping you in their back pocket for future use.

They do not respect you as a person. They don’t even see you as a person; narcissists see you like a thing/ a tool/ a toy for their pleasure.

The discard is them putting you in their toy chest, and they will bring you back out to play with when they want!

As I so often write, if a narc discards you…ACCEPT IT and MOVE ON!

Nothing shows a narc how powerless they are, and more so, HOW UNIMPORTANT THEY ARE, then but for us to be discarded and move on with our lives as if they never mattered!

There are people out there who would love to have you in their lives ~ don’t put up with people who do not respect you to treat you like a human being.

If they discard you, CUT ALL TIES WITH THEM!

Struggling With C-PTSD?

I often say that living with a narcissist is like living in a war zone! This comparison may very well seem hyperbolic, but research has shown that living around narcissists can have the same effects on a person’s mind as people living in a war zone!

I wrote an article describing the “10+ Mental Illnesses Caused By Staying With Narcissists“.

These people are monsters, plain and simple.

If you are struggling with emotional flashbacks, dealing with mental and emotional battles that NO ONE but yourself seems to see and feel, and if you find it hard to get out of bed every day, you may be dealing with C-PTSD.

As great as support groups may be, or as profound as articles can be, they are no substitute for professional help.

Sometimes the best way to heal and move forward is with therapy.

Speaking with someone and getting the hurt off your chest is a great way to unload.

Online Therapy is a site that offers visitors the chance to speak with professional therapists who will be able to help you get through your emotional and psychological battles.
