9 – Bill Dauterive (King Of The Hill)

TV Fictional Narcissists

King Of The Hill is such a GREAT SHOW. The show’s dry humor is spot on, and the writing is TOP NOTCH. Also, the show’s characters are memorable.

Hank Hill is, without a doubt, my favorite character on the show.

So, you may be wondering, for those of you who are familiar with the show…why, not Peggy Hill?

Well, this is not a TOP TEN WORST NARCISSIST article.

If it were, she would most definitely be on that list.

Because she’s…”Peggy Hill.”

Bill Dauterive is on this list, and consider a narcissist by me, because of how easily he throws Hank under the bus for the praise and love of STRANGERS.

Bill has thrown Hank under the bus many times, just to be loved by other people.

But not only that, his love for Lenora has clouded his mind on several occasions.

If anything, Bill is very much a flying monkey or a codependent. Flying monkeys and codependents are the low-tiered narcissists.

Bill feels sorry for himself. He has a crush on his best friend’s wife. And he is easily manipulated by others just for praise or admiration.

These are all traits that can be found in flying monkeys!

  1. I’ll mention a few. Some Animated Disney Villains like Scar, Dr. Facilier the Shadow Man, Frollo and his Hellfire song “choose me or you will burn”, Queen from Snow White, Cinderellas Stepmom from hell, Gaston who loves being superior and smear campaigns Bells father.

Jerry from Rick and Morty is 100% covert narc loser!

But the one Narc that is my all time personal favorite is the classic Narc, Luke Valentine from Hellsing Ultimate / Hellsing OVA.

You see, Luke thought he was perfect. He thought he was top dog. “I have all your powers and MORE!”. But his opponent Alucard is on another level when he starts releasing his restriction levels.

This character shines both in the original work as well as the Team Four Star Hellsing Abridged version. The abridged version is downright hilarious.

And Luke totally gets what he deserves. If you like Laughing at Narcs, you’re gonna love what you see…
